Our Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. Here's what you can expect when it comes to payments and our satisfaction guarantee.

All Sales Are Final

Because cleaning is a hands-on service performed at the time of your appointment, all payments for completed services are final and non-refundable. Once a cleaning has been performed, we are unable to offer monetary refunds.

Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer cash refunds, your satisfaction is our top priority — and we guarantee our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge.

In short: We don't offer refunds, but we'll always make it right. If something isn't up to standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it free of charge.

How to Request a Re-Clean

If you'd like us to address any part of your cleaning, please reach out as soon as possible:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule and offer the time to another customer. Deposits or pre-payments, where applicable, may be applied toward a future cleaning.
